waterfront @ ryedale house was the perfect choice for our valentine's trip to york. the clean apartment, allocated parking, and comprehensive check-in info made our stay stress-free. the location was also great, with a lovely view and easy access to the heart of york. we would definitely come back again!

It had a private bathroom. The location was excellent and amazing as I wanted next to Clifford's Tower and all attractions.

Convenient location near the city center 🏙️, and close to lots of restaurants. It's secure and peaceful here.

Lovely view, secure parking, nice furnishings, powerful shower, tidy building.

The location of the Waterfront @ Ryedale House was absolutely perfect, situated between the Minster and the Barbican. We were just a short walk away from various restaurants and even a Tesco extra right outside. The view from our apartment overlooking the river Foss was simply stunning. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We also appreciated having our own private car park space, ensuring convenience and security during our stay.

Although there were a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay, such as the lack of a microwave and net curtains in the lounge that made it difficult to watch certain events on TV, these were not significant enough to overshadow the overall positive experience.

Wow, the location was so close to all the action! I could practically roll out of bed and be in the city center! The apartment was pristine and the welcome pack was a delightful surprise.

Oh, and how I loved those thin curtains and lack of live TV, which meant my room was always bright and I had to rely on Netflix and BBC iPlayer! How convenient.

This brand new building offers a beautifully finished apartment with all the facilities and more, including an induction cooker and BT TV. The riverside view is amazing and the location is quiet, yet conveniently located near "Spark," a street food hub. The apartment is well thought-out and easy to access, making it perfect for business travelers.

The location was mind-blowing, just a 1 or 2 minute walk to the center and all the Christmas markets, jaw-dropping! The apartment was super clean, with nice facilities, and the welcome pack with snacks. The convenience of having a supermarket just outside and being surrounded by a wide range of restaurants was a nice touch. Plus, having off-road parking and free Wi-Fi added to the overall fantastic experience. The modern kitchen with cooking utensils and a large refrigerator was a pleasant surprise. The flat-screen TV was a great addition for entertainment. a highly satisfying stay without any smoking on-site restrictions.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the river. It was also very convenient to have secure parking available. the furnishings in the hotel were modern and stylish.

There were a few things that could be improved upon. The sofa and bed were not as comfortable as expected for the price.

The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had a very modern and charming decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sofa bed in the living room was just as cozy. The huge picture windows offered a stunning view of the river. I also loved the underfloor heating and the fact that there was free parking available. a fantastic stay and I would definitely come back.
